By accessing and using Playble ("Service", "Platform", "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Playble is a platform that connects soccer players and facilitates the organization of pickup games and soccer activities. Our service includes features such as game creation, player matching, location services, and social networking for soccer enthusiasts.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
  • Maintain and promptly update your registration information

5. Game Participation and Safety

When participating in games organized through Playble:

  • You participate at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your safety
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate
  • You agree to follow all local laws and regulations regarding sports activities
  • You are responsible for bringing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines
  • Playble is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during games

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant Playble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Playble and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Playble is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
